PILATES - STRENGTH , FLEXIBILITY, FITNESS

I offer a personalised service from my fully equipped studio centrally located in Witkoppen, Fourways, with easy access to all arterial roads. I work with all genders, and with all ages, from teenagers through to seniors, and with all levels of physical ability from competitive athletes to complete beginners and people struggling with fitness or mobility, or post-acute rehab. 

Sessions are available in-person or online - you may find a mixture of both works, or that doing your session at home makes better sense in terms of time-management. I work with local and international clients, and due to the availability of the online sessions you can even take me on holidays with you and never miss a session ;)

I tailor your sessions specifically for you, to meet your needs, and to help you achieve your goals, whether they are

  • increasing mobility and stability at any level

  • recovering from injury or surgery

  • managing a chronic injury or medical condition

  • staying fit during pregnancy, or regaining strength afterwards

  • High Intensity Interval Training for cardio fitness

I offer sessions for individuals or duos.
