I offer a personalised service from my fully equipped studio centrally located in Witkoppen, Fourways, with easy access to all arterial roads. I work with both men and women, and with all ages, from teenagers through to seniors, and with all levels of physical ability from competitive athletes to complete beginners and people struggling with fitness. 

I tailor your sessions specifically for you, to meet your needs, and to help you achieve your goals, whether they are

  • losing weight and toning up
  • using a postural assessment to spot potential problems
  • recovering from injury or surgery
  • managing a chronic injury or medical condition
  • preparing for, or recovering from, pregnancy
  • fine-tuning your body
  • High Intensity Interval Training for cardio fitness
  • boosting athletic performance and preventing injuries
  • increasing your strength, flexibility and fitness

I offer sessions for individuals, duos, or small groups (up to four participants, subject to availability).
