WHAT’s involved in my in-person or online session?

Your session is about an hour long and will typically start with a short warm up. It will involve a varying series of exercises tailored to your level of fitness and your stated goals. I monitor your performance, and provide feedback and encouragement to help keep you motivated.

There is a three month foundation period for all new clients in which we make sure we are a good fit for each other. After that period, and if you accept my ts and cs, a decreased rate is available.
