A solo session takes approximately one hour and costs R270*. Your session typically starts with a warm up, and will involve a varying series of exercises tailored to your level of fitness and your stated goals. I monitor your performance, and provide feedback and encouragement to help keep you motivated.
For a one hour duo session once a week the fee is R440*. Rates for small groups of up to three people are negotiable. Please contact me to discuss your needs.
