A solo or duo session takes approximately one hour. Your session typically starts with a warm up, and will involve a varying series of exercises tailored to your level of fitness and your stated goals. I monitor your performance, and provide feedback and encouragement to help keep you motivated.
There is a two month trial period for all new clients. After that period, and if you accept the ts and cs, a decreased rate is available.
There are two booking options available for new clients. There is a trial period of two months in which we make sure we are a good fit for each other.
Pre-Paid/Pre-Booked monthly – your slot is reserved especially for you at the agreed time/s each week. The rate for these sessions is R350 for solo, and R530 for duos
COD Drop-In - book in up to 12 hours in advance, strictly cash only. The rate for these sessions is R370 solo and R550 for duos.
After two months, and provided that you accept my ts and cs, the rate decreases
Pre-paid/Pre-booked monthly - your slot is reserved for you at the agreed time/s each week at the rate of of R320 for solo and R500 for duos.
